Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Due to being a small business we unfortunately do not offer refunds on purchased products. If you find your package damaged upon receipt, you can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We allow for products to be exchanged if the size was incorrect. The product must be returned in its original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. If it appears the product may have been used, we may refuse to refund. It is up to the you, as the customer, to pay for the shipping of the item for an exchange and will be held fully liable.

To initiate an exchange or return please contact us by email on [email protected] and we will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

Postage

All UK orders containing clothing (hoodies / tshirts) packages are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to have packages dispatched within 2 working days, with the 48 hour delivery period meaning 4-6 working days for packages at most.

All UK orders containing accessories and other products are sent using Royal Mail 1st class. This includes a 1 day delivery aim. For packages which contain both accessories and clothing, the shipping will be using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For orders being sent outside of the UK we send the parcels as fast as possible using the best service available at the time.
